Have used multiple ATS’s; Multi-skilled; Related Lead Project Management, Resource / workforce planning and Management, Customer Service, Executive Search, Matrix teamed Recruiting Engagements, Bulk Recruitment, Group engagements, Targeted skill search, Researching best practices by seeking subject matter at conferences or other sources; screening and vetting of candidates, Strong Interviewer, Employer Branding related activities, understanding business models and client organizations, customers (internal) and in agency (external), career fairs and related support with a consultative approach and strong negotiation skills, whilst providing career guidance to prospective candidates and young professionals. All of these approaches have helped me generate revenue in instances where my primary function was to increase profit; instilled trust; strengthened relationships and ultimately helped with cost saving to find an effective balance between agency use and direct sourcing.
