I have been employed within the hospitality industry for 12years, and is a qualified TEFL teacher, with a Bachelors of Arts in English. My experience includes the following skills such as, course facilitator, guest liaison, customer service to the highest of standards, problem solving, strong presentation and leadership skills and front office/reception management, including daily cash up and reports, with a course done in First aid. I feel the above renders me a worthy applicant for the offered position, as I have carried out a great deal of independent research, requiring initiative, self motivation and a wide range of personal assistant skills to the owners and business of more than one of the companies I have worked for. I am a fast and accurate learner, with an eye for detail and I should be grateful for the opportunity.
