I have over 11 years’ experience in market research, strategic planning and brand building in the B2B and B2C Marketing fields. I have 5 years’ of innovation and personal care product research experience as a Market Researcher at a leading research company, as well as two and a half years’ project management experience managing a small team of successful individuals working towards effective brand and product building through various research channels. I also have experience conducting research in the loyalty program landscape in South Africa.
