I worked for a construction company for 12 years. They only did insurance home repairs. I managed staff, attended to all the audits, sorted out all the complaints and basically managed the entire claims processes from start to finish I then relocated to New Zealand where I worked for two large Insurance Companies on a contract basis. I sorted out the entire Soloman Islands Insurance Claims department and claims, which had not been dealt with for months. These claims included medical, vehicle and property insurance. My contract was extended from 3 months to a seven month contract. I then started at Autosure in Auckland and worked for them dealing with death claims, illness and motor claims. I worked for them until we returned to South Africa. I am very good at sorting out long outstanding administrative responsibilities which seem to be sn impossible task.
