I am highly passionate about customer service delivery and enjoy the challenges of working on projects of any size. During my working career, I have set up PMO’s , successfully delivered numerous projects (locally and internationally) from software development (scrum master), software implementation and ICT projects. Successful delivery of projects is established by working with project team members, stakeholders, and product owners to exceed client expectations by ensuring that the teams' commitment, understanding of deliverables, timelines are clearly understood and managing both budgets and risks effectively. My project delivery experience has included both Agile and Waterfall delivery, as well as working with remote and local team resources. I also have experience as an operations manager in the ICT field, and building successful relationships with clients have ensured that onsite resources contracts are renewed as well as managing the business unit financials, hr and risks effectively to ensure a profitable end result. By applying the principles of Six Sigma and ITIL standards, there is often a need to review the operational process and implement a more lean approach that benefits both clients and organizations. I am a qualified Prince 2 Practitioner and Salesforce Administrator.
