I provide 3D Modelling services (Revit) where the 3D Model gives a new, fresh perspective to look at your design. This way the client gets a better and clearer idea of where they are heading with their design. In addition, I provide photo-realistic, real-time renderings and animation videos with the final design the client has chosen. General draughting services include General Layout Plans (Floor Plans, Site Plans, General Arrangement Plans etc.); Elevational Drawings; Detailed Layout & Sectional Drawings; As-Built Drawings; 3D Modelling (Autodesk Revit); BIM (Building Information Modelling) Modelling; Photorealistic Renderings & Walkthrough Videos; Digitization of PDF/Image Drawings. PLEASE NOTE: I am not yet professionally registered with the South African Council for the Architectural Profession (SACAP), therefor I am unable to assist with any legal documentation and/or official council submissions.
