I attended The International Hotel School and did a 3 year Higher Diploma in Professional Cookery and Kitchen Management, while attending The International Hotel School I completed in house training at some of the finest hotels in the industry, namely, The Grace in Rosebank and Emperors Palace. Once finishing at The International Hotel School I was employed as a Chef de Partie with Franz Catering and Events, now known as Hashtag Hot Caterers, I worked with them for just over two (2) years, while with Franz Catering and Events I worked my way up to being the Executive Chef for the company for just over a year. I then applied my trade as the Executive Chef for Paperbark Lodge in the Welgevonden Private Game Reserve as well as being the personal chef to multimillionaire Zunaid Moti. I was featured on Top Billing with Paperbark Lodge showcasing our delicious breakfast offering. I joined Compass Group SA where I opened the then new flagship Massmart contract and was the Executive Chef at Massmart Head Office. My career the took me aboard the Seven Seas Voyager which is a part of The Regent fleet of luxury cruise liners, the most inclusive six (6) star luxury cruise liner in the premium market, where I was a Chef de Partie. My last position before starting my own company was Executive Chef for Randlords, an exclusive roof top event venue in Braamfontien. I have had the pleasure of cooking for the Sunday Times, Top Billing and Wedding Expo during my time with Randlords as well as multiple corporate head offices year end functions and product launches. I ran my own company Chefs Catering and Events and did so for 4 years. I have since applied my trade as Executive Chef for TsAfrika at their prestigious Hollard contract, my most recent time has been spent with TsAfrika at their Standard Bank contract in Johannesburg CBD catering for between 1500 and 2000 customers daily and Edcon PTY (Ltd) cooking for all the executives running their Fashion Bistro.
