I have BTech in Chemistry and completed Advanced Diploma Quality at University of Johannesburg. I have 10 years experience as laboratory technician, my duties include: analysis of raw materials, finished product and water, physical Quality checks on packaging material, packaging volume checks, monitoring of CIP and hygiene inspection.  I have been nominated as FSS leader and administrater. Mentoring and training students in laboratory work is also part of my duties since we always take 4 students for trainings and internships.
