I am a registered Industrial Psychologist (PS.0128430) for 10 years with a primary focus in Psychological Assessments. I have experience in assessments at a Managerial and Bargaining unit level for selection, development and team intervention. I am passionate about people and their development and aim to use my psychological background and expertise across various organisational settings. I was employed as Senior Assessment Consultant within the Talent Management department at a Parastatal and have vast knowledge in psychometric assessments, report writing and feedback pertaining to and aligned with employee development. I also possess relevant experience within the Human Resources function, specifically within the Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Training and Development sub-functions. I have excelled in a certificate in Coaching for Higher Performance with Wits Business School and aim to integrate my experience as a psychologist together with the principles of coaching in my future offerings. I am also a trained and licensed Insights Discovery Practitioner with experience in facilitation of workshops for team development. I also possess skills within the academic space focusing on marking and research assistant/supervision. Currently I am is working in an Associate capacity as an Industrial Psychologist with other Psychologists, building on my experience, imparting knowledge and also growing within the field.
