I qualified my part-time studies at the University of the Western Cape (UWC) towards a http://www.******.*** degree. My modules for this degree were Industrial Psychology and Public Administration. The theories I have covered and understood were Training and Development, Human Resource, Psychometrics, Labour Relations, Employee Wellness, Research Methodology and Consumer Behaviour, Policy Analysis, Public Participation, Public Finance, Public Human Resource and Labour Relations.  I am employed by a private healthcare data management company called Medpages. We specialize in collecting, managing and maintaining information of healthcare professionals and organizations in South Africa and other African countries. My job description is to manage a team of sales agents to perform at an optimal level through functions such as monitoring performance, generate new business opportunities, Human Resource ad hoc responsibilities, motivate, train, ensure efficient and effective work ethic is maintained and adjust to processes in the department and throughout the company.  I am polite and take pride in excellent customer service. I hold a valid South African driver’s license. Some of my key strengths that I can bring to any institution include: Strong acumen for administrative duties and thrive on neat, tidy and up to date work.
