For the millennium, I felt it necessary to re-skill myself and I levitated towards customer service orientated positions in Aviation, and Hospitality. Finally, I settled down in a 5-star restaurant in Sandton as a Floor Manager overseeing service operations plus training and development of all staff. In the process, I have enriched my spirituality by connecting with people and by striving daily to deliver first-class service in all areas of my position. With the lockdown of 2020 being a significant milestone worldwide, I am looking for a new beginning in the hospitality industry, in a new environment where even more qualities of my true and authentic self may be discovered, and to add value wherever I can.
