I am a resourceful and creative problem solver with exceptional research, qualitative and quantitative skills. I have a multi-disciplinary academic background, having obtained a BSc and MSc in Mechanical Engineering, and a BCom Honours in Financial Analysis and Portfolio Management. Furthermore, I am currently lecturing while pursuing a PhD focused on sCO2 concentrated solar power plants. From an industry perspective, I have over nine years’ experience in design and project engineering within the energy, mining and construction sectors, having successfully delivered challenging projects. Moreover, my extensive international travel experiences, both personally and professionally, have nurtured my independence and cultivated my ability to effectively engage with diverse groups of people. I can provide part-time specialist engineering consulting services with a core focus in thermo-fluid and electro-mechanical systems design and operation. Examples include water, slurry and gas pipeline systems design, and residential solar PV systems design. I also provide data analysis services. I am a registered professional engineer with ECSA and can provide design review services.
