The program ran over 3 years touching 1300 people, across 8 teams in monthly group workshops and key individuals in 1:1 weekly coaching, including 6 of the largest National franchise owners. I also provided a team of facilitators for the annual leadership forum for 230+ senior staff to compile insights regarding key areas of development, integrating the feedback into the program. An ROI calculation showed;; an annual increase in profit of 26%, monthly sales targets were increased 5-­fold per month & staff attrition was reduced from an average of 25% to 7,15%.
