I have worked as a Food microbiologist where l was a microbial analyst for both pathogenic and spoilage microorganisms associated with dairy and dairy products. l am also well versed with shelf life studies for variety of products. I have experience in internal auditing as l engaged in internal audits of different departments within the organisation. I also have experience in handling external audits with different audit.
