I am a 46 year old man. I have spend the past 13 years in the hospitality industry. I have in the past 13 years built strengths in kitchen management, HACCP management, stock take and control, customer liason, guest relations and service,training and arbitration, cash up, monthend reports as well as cost of sales calculations and analysis. Having a Diploma in Education helps me understand human dynamics and psychology. I also have a Diploma in Sports management and that gives me a dimension on management and event planning.
