I am a highly organised and motivated individual, having completed both a BCom in Financial Accounting and a PGDip in Management, while also a part of the South African workforce. The areas in which I am particularly strong include diplomacy and communication: I am presentable and well-spoken, making a good first impression. I am a good team-player and a strong leader, with proven technical skills. I work well with others and have experience in conflict resolution and managing others (developed in my time as a venue manager, and honed in the business environment). My experience in the service industry gave me an opportunity to develop my ability to think on my feet and hone my problem-solving skills. These are skills which I use to my best advantage in the corporate arena, particularly in my position as an Event Specialist. In more recent years, I have grown my professional network, dealing directly with clients and suppliers on a daily basis. I have strong written and spoken communication skills, which aided the quick development of negotiation skills and customer relations. I am a creative and passionate individual constantly striving to improve and expand my expertise.
