I have run the 5 lodges at kwandwe game reserve as the pastry chef from the 14 august 2014 until June 2020 now I'm in the hot kitchen as sous chef and I'm doing excellent because I'm also qualified in professional cookery. I have open Simola Hotel in 2007 and occupied the second place in Knysna after Pezula hotel. Now I went to work in hot kitchen or pastry, I m working by own from the start to the dessert a la carte, function and banqueting.
