I am a South African driven by Continuous Improvement, instilled through development at Toyota South Africa and internationally at Toyota Motor Corporation (Japan). Passionate about New Thinking, with an analytical mindset to identify Gaps and provide efficient solutions. Currently I am Project Leader for development of a new locally produced model at Toyota South Africa. My role is to ensure we keep the required profitability targets and successful local parts development up to and through start of production. Always up for new experiences locally & globally, through work in my personal time.
