I am a Technology Law Advisor with 4 years experience at a Pan-African Tech Law consultancy. I am a legal risk mentor for early stage tech startups at MEST in Ghana and I have conducted legal risk workshops for various other pan-African accelerator programs including the Smart Cities Innovation Program and the Pan-African Fintech Legal Accelerator. I advise multiple international clients on the policy and regulatory environment of African countries and assist in drafting requisite policies and contracts needed to ensure compliance with different legal regimes. I facilitate live virtual and in person training on the Protection of Personal Information Act in South Africa and various other data protection legal frameworks from across Africa. I specialise in assisting companies from startups to large conglomerates in understanding legal risk that arises from technology driven innovation.
