David Thompson started his career in the Aviation Industry as an Avionics and Electronics System Engineer, achieving multiple industry competencies including Fourth Line System Analyst. 10 years later he moved on to the ICT (Information and Communications Technology) industry in order to further his career. Here he has garnered over 20 years of experience in the ERP environment, with specialised skills varying from Consultancy, Project Management, Development, and End-to-End Solution Selling. David has extensive knowledge in the SAP, SYSPRO and Sage ERP X3 environments. David’s passion for solutions and voracious curiosity has afforded him great insight into all aspects of business, and a vast array of industries ranging from Manufacturing, FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods), Services, Aviation, Financial, SCM (Supply Chain Management) and Agriculture to name but a few. David has a comprehensive understanding of different business models such as Make to Order, Make to Stock and Engineer to Order.
