My proven track record managing major strategic projects for both multinational corporations and government should position me well to deal with a broad variety of projects. The last 6 years in Parliament’s Enterprise PMO exposed me to working with senior stakeholders with diverse objectives to implement major cross-functional strategic initiatives. This often involved refining Business Case requirements and supporting Project Sponsors. Most of my projects have had an ICT focus and am able to draw on an extensive background implementing software solutions, managing vendors and external resources.
