Passionate about data analysis, statistics and Psychology. I utilize a patient, yet keen and quick learning approach to understanding and executing the requirements of my clients. I describe my key traits as being analytical, investigative, results oriented and thorough. I am registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) as a Psychometrist (Independent Practice) and Intern Psychologist, with practical experience in interviewing clients, administering psychological assessments, comprehensive report writing, and providing feedback to minors and adults. I have experience in, and excited about, statistically analyzing and interpreting data for recommendations. With a background in Psychology, this has extended into my work in analyzing psychometric data on various projects, including the analysis between organisational outcomes and psychological assessments. In psychometrics, I am impassioned by the positive impact assessments can have on individuals and organisations when used appropriately, and aim to improve the psychometric landscape in the South African context and globally. My quantitative inclination, however, is not exclusive to psychometrics, as I have also been tasked with handling management information metrics. Nor is my focus exclusive to psychometrics, as I aim to expand my focus through research and experience.
