I have 20 years experience in Human Resources Management, ranging from Basic HR Administration right up to the Industrial Relations - bargaining and negotiating levels. During my career I have had the opportunity to set up full HR Departments from scratch, at two of my previous Employers. I found this process extremely beneficial to my career as it has taught me the fundamental aspects of HR in each industry that I have worked in. I would categorize myself as independent, self-motivated, compassionate, understanding and always willing to contribute and assist in growing an organisation.
