I have avidly participated in pre-openings of restaurants and most recently a five-star hotel. My skills set include, but are not limited to, Restaurant Management, Food & Beverage Operations, a solid understanding of finance, cost control, stock inventory control, health and safety, HR and advanced proficiency of operating systems such as Micros Symphony, Materials Control and a host of other software solutions. Driven by an insatiable hunger for perfection, I am completely passionate about creating that “WOW” moment, with an inherent love for all the things that bring people together.
