He is a Preventive Controls Qualified Individual (PCQI) and Certified Lead Auditor, Consultant and Trainer for GFSI Food Safety Schemes (FSSC 22000 V5, Primus GFS V3.1, IFS Food V7, BRC GS Food Safety Issue 8 and Global GAP IFA V5), as well as ISO 22000:2018 FSMS, SANS 10330:2020 HACCP, Dutch HACCP V5.1:2016, ISO 9001:2015 QMS and R638 Food Hygiene. He is passionate about Global Food Safety and Quality Assurance and has been directly involved in Food Safety Risk Assessment (HACCP/HARPC), Food Fraud Vulnerability Assessment (VACCP) and Food Defense Threat Assessment (TACCP).
