Didi Masoabi (Pr. Sci. Nat – 400035/13) has overall 18 years’ experience in the mining, agricultural, water, infrastructure construction and government sectors, specialising in water quality management; permitting processes (ie: water use licence applications and environmental impact assessments) and implementation of the permitting conditions, (ie: water use licence audits, licence implementation plans, review and amendment of licences and Environmental Management Programme Reports conditions). She is a water resources scientist with solid qualifications and a critical comprehensive skill set, underpinned by work experience in various environments demanding self-motivation and a focused approach. Apart from university degrees, Didi completed formal training in Project Management, Technical Report Writing, Time and Self-Management. She possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to adapt to various situation and prioritise tasks. Being in the consulting industry for many years, she has the ability to establishing relationship between different groups or companies or sections and also shoulder additional responsibilities. She is an open-minded individual ready to learn new things and appreciate new challenges and believes that new environment and new challenges shapes and sharpen minds and promote growth.
