I have completed a BTech in Hospitality management at Tshwane University Technology.I am passionate about working with people, I am a hard worker and willing to learn new things and undertake any task given to me. I am currently working a lecturer for hospitality business nated studies at Western TVET . I have experience as a Fare Evasion Inspector for Are yeng Bus , Customer Service Operator for Etoll ,Assistant project coordinator for NPE2014 ,Field Work Coordinator for statistics SA managing five areas with 5 Supervisors and 20 Field Workers. I worked in 2011 LGE project as a Data Capturer for special vote and Warehouse clerk . I use my Computer Literacy knowledge to my advantage in my line of work. I have used these skills to easily manage and organise my previous team of Field Workers. I understand that customer retention is key to an organization’s success and I pride myself on high standard of customer service I bring to a position. Through my experiences I have acquired my own skills to deal with stress, quick problem solving and assertive decision making.
