My expertise lies in the understanding of processes and performance drivers within a business, and I have had first-hand experience, having started and run my own businesses for many years. I have worked on large teams in a leadership role and am at my best when problem solving and working with people. I consider myself to have a high emotional IQ and a developed sense of humour.
