I am extremely dedicated, motivated and loyal to any task given to me. I am also extremely creative and like to challenge myself as well as those around me. These attributes are perhaps my greatest strengths and enable me to see any task through to completion. My management experience as a public-school teacher has enabled me to work with and understand the needs and reactions of various people groups, including children and their needs. As my experience will indicate, it has also given me considerable managerial and organisational skills. I am also a fast and willing learner who is eager to pass my knowledge on to others, growing them and assisting them in whichever tasks they may undertake. I believe that my people skills are above average and enable me to work constructively with a vast array of diverse people. While preferring to avoid confrontation, I am not afraid to say what needs to be said and to ensure that those around me are working to their full potential.
