Assist users with Software Problems: * MS Office Products * New drivers for printers, controllers, etc. Setup mail accounts and user passwords on user PC's/Notebooks Repair failed PC's and Notebooks Upgrade Hardware on user PC's and Notebooks Install User Programs Install Windows (OS) on user equipment Clean and do preventative maintenance on all user equipment Check Physical backups for errors on a daily basis Restart failed maintenance procedures and programs Exchange Archive and Backup Disks everyday Monitor user equipment via SysAid.
