I am looking for positions in ICT, Education or Financial Services. I have held roles as a Business Development Manager, Retail Operations Manager, ICT Manager, Software Test Analyst, Software Training Specialist and Applications and Technical Support covering such industries as financial services, telecommunications, retail and education. As an ICT Manager for the company, my primary objective was to develop and implement an IT strategy, policy and guidelines. I was responsible for the ICT budget and recruited and trained junior IT staff. In that period, I implemented an ERP system, an IP based telephone system and built a network infrastructure that connected up to 5 branches. I also introduced cloud-based computing through my knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and implemented a data back-up and restore strategy. During that assignment, I built strong and long term relationships with OEM vendors and product distributors which I believe prepared me for any senior ICT role that requires those relationships. As a Business Development Manager, focusing on driving technology advancement in the education sector, my role involved building a product portfolio, develop a go to market strategy, recruit a team, design and implement an operational plan, engage market stakeholders and monitor financial performance. I am an experienced and qualified Software Tester with a demonstrated history of working in the computer software industry skilled in Regression, User Acceptance, Functional and Security Testing. I also have experience in designing test cases and writing automation test scripts. Finally, I am certified trainer in Google Digital Skills and Microsoft Innovative Educator Trainer Academy. I strongly feel that I have what it takes to deliver on this role in terms of the responsibilities required and the qualifications and experience the suitable candidate is expected to possess.
