Please note that SAP BI/BW/BO/HANA is Earl’s current primary focus where as ABAP is now practiced mainly in support of BI solutions. Earl currently has over 18 years’ experience in ABAP/4 along with 17 years’ experience as a Business Intelligence BW/BO Consultant and Hana since 2017. He has worked for companies such as SABMiller, UCS Solutions, ABSA, Siemens, BMW and Anglo American to name a few. Since 2009 he has acquired SAP Business Objects skills involving tasks such as Universe designing and building / IDT, Web Intelligence report writing, QAAWS , Xcelsius (previously) Dashboard design (including Design Studio) and development and using the Central Management Console and Life Cycle Manager / Promotion Manager. These skills have been utilised in successful SAP BI/BO implementations. Earl thus now has 19 Years of total IT (SAP) experience. As a SAP Netweaver BI: BW/ BO / HANA Consultant Earl is highly experienced in modelling, developing, debugging, analysing and testing of SAP ERP and BW objects as well as cross-skilled in ABAP and able to merge/union or join SAP with Non SAP data using the above tools. Most recently in 2017 Earl has upskilled to include HANA as part of his design and development disciplines and has been involved in complex hybrid HANA, BW and Non-SAP system design and development to deliver reporting solutions for SCM SAP DS/Lumira Dashboarding and Analysis for Office/OLAP. He continues to deliver HANA solutions on an agile project bases. Earl has excellent communication skills and easily manages to compile and translate Business requirements into Technical and Business Specifications to contribute to blueprinting and modelling solutions. He is a committed team player, confident and can also work well alone. Earl is always open to learning from others and always happy to assist and share his knowledge and experience.
