Dear Sir/Madam  My previous employments include Quality Control Supervisor (Bayers Ltd. Pty)  as a Project Lead (Pride Pak Packaging) and Store Auditor (DHL Ltd. Pty). I have over 6 years’ experience in the Production/Manufacturing environment, 4 years of those at Supervisory/Planning level. As QC Supervisor I was tasked to oversee and implement quality protocols of both internal and external standards for all the factory’s production processes . Furthermore formulate strategies to ensure a quality survey environment, assemble a team (train and continuous coaching) and promote a safety conscious team. As a Project Lead, I was responsible for installing and implementing a state of the art project which offer fast paced palletizing solution and optimum utilization of warehouse space and efficient transportation for the company. The project in its 3rd month was fully functional in all 5 stations. I was responsible to formulate processes, investigate and provide contingency plans, staff training and coaching, inventory management and also liaise with various department heads to ensure seamless operations.  I am a very out of the box thinker, who seeks to find viable solutions from limited or already existing resources.
