Elisa Molaba is a Learning and Development Practitioner, specialising in Career Management and Leadership Development. She has a wide variety of qualifications from Media Management, Human Resources Management, Marketing Management and Industrial Psychology. She has studied with Boston City Campus group, UNISA, Rhodes University and Wits University. She hails from Alexandra Township, which is situated in Johannesburg where she attended all her schooling from primary to high school. She matriculated in Minerva Secondary School in 1997 and furthered her studies at Boston Business College and City Campus in Randburg from 1998 to 2000 before she was employed by the same college where she worked as a Training Facilitator from 2000 to 2003, specialising in Accounting, Media and Marketing management facilitation. Elisa then resigned from the college group to work as a contractor for Learning Resources Group, now known as the LRX Group where she worked as a Training Officer for The Carousel Casino in Hammanskraal (Sun International group) from 2003 to 2006 specialising in supervisory development, team leadership and soft skills training. In 2006 she joined the Tsogo Sun Group as a Human Resources Development Practitioner at the Ridge Casino in Witbank, where she specialised with Leadership Development for Junior and Middle Managers till she finally left the gaming industry in 2008. She then joined the SABC in Auckland Park as a Training Manager for the Radio division in 2008 to 2013, where she serviced the 19 radio stations in explicit radio training and she finally moved from Radio to serve the SABC Group Learning and Development where she managed the Career Management and Leadership Development portfolio from 2013 till current. Elisa is a Learning and Development specialist with a true passion for Humanities specialising in human behaviour and change, training and seminar facilitation. Her focus is in Personal Mastery, Emotional Intelligence, Relationship Management and Leadership Development.
