i started my career at Glen burn lodge as a receptionist for 2 years, checking in an out customers. ensuring that the reception area is clean, managing the the telephone, handling guest queries and complaints,telephone etiquette, guest satisfaction. I then moved to Spa in the Country at Mist Hills as a Receptionist where i was managing reception, spa services booking all appointment checking guests through the computer system and charging for services after the treatment. 2006-2013 i moved to wantons stationery where i was providing customer service working at the switch board and helping at the point of sales.
