As an accomplished OD/HR Specialist, with over 20 years’ experience in the field of Organisational Development and Project Management I am well positioned to add value to any company. I have worked in South Africa as well as in Dubai on a number of Projects in the field of Organisational Development, CSR, HR and Customer Relations, which makes this my field of expertise and preference to work in. During my period at Nakheel, the biggest challenge I faced was to affect a change in the perceived external value and products of the brand from within the Company. This was done by developing a Corporate Performance Management system to drive the delivery of key results, and a Core Values based Culture to drive the key Behaviours necessary to deliver the results. We added to that a strong focus on Sustainable Development, which, at the time, would have set us apart from other Developers in the Region.
