Dear Madam / Sir My last employment was at Absa Rasc Polokwane (Absa Red Room/ ATM control Centre- Cash Operations) as an admin clerk managing ATMs and SBV Processing admin tasks. I was the Department Head’s second in charge. I have previously been employed in a supervisory as well as management position. I have experience in various administrative areas that makes me well accomplished in many admin tasks such as the following; • As second in charge at Polokwane as well as the positions I held as supervisor at IPS and Client Service Manager at Absa Musina and Modimolle, I have managed the overall operations of the branch / staff reporting to me - the work flow, relate risks, customer service, vendors, daily and monthly reconciliations, expenditures, stationery, stock and cash control, etc. As admin clerk, I have experience in completing excel spread sheets, capturing client data, balancing general ledger accounts and addressing client queries. • The above includes managing staff with regards to Performance ratings and Development plans and other HR related admin, such as poor performance, sufficient resources, etc. • Managing risk compliancy, by staying abreast of compliance and risk policies, provisions and controls.
