I am a Project Manager, based within the Human Capital (Human Resources) Programme Management Office. My last project based at Nedbank I was a scrum master for the Office 365 enterprise rollout for Nedbank. I possess 10 Years banking/ financial/Project Management experience. I offer a unique combination of analytical skills with the ability to assess both vantage points to create effective solutions for internal and external clients. I also hold PMO experience, in terms of governance with regards to the various documentation per phase of the project from start to end. Management experience at ABSA Home loans as a team leader. I posses starring budgeting skills in terms of project cost tracking (actual vs variance tracking), and vendor management.
