I have started my career at CSIR in 2001 as a data capturer. They offered me a contract in 2002 as an HR Intern. My career developed at the CSIR and I was appointed as an e-Hr Practitioner (my main job description was payroll and hr admin). I was then appointed as an e-Hr domain practitioner (understand all hr processes to able me to implement hr business process: communication between hr and it, to implement system accordingly). I spread my wings to a consulting company (Visions Consulting) where I gained experience in working with different companies abd different Hr processes. I also had the opportunity to work with foreign companies within SA. When my baby was born, I have stopped working as a consultant and looked after my baby. I got another opportunity to work at CSIR in 2014 as a Temp employee. My husband was transferred to Lephalale in 2016 and I immediately started looking for work in Lephalale. I had no luck and therefore decided to start my own business. My business is almost 2 years old, and I believe the business are ready to continue without me being there every day. My staff are highly trained.
