I am a young and dynamic HR Professional with over a decade of experience. As part of my formal education and training, I graduated through GIBS with a Management Programme (NQF 6) Qualification. With experience predominantly in highly technical environments (ICT), I have gained exposure to various facets of HR, examples of these but not limited too are; Talent Acquisition, ER, Learning and Development, Talent Management, Divisional strategy formulation and execution (Management Reporting). With a keen interest in HR Analytics, my core strength is my ability to partner with Business on all People related challenges, applying a level of understanding to seek practical resolution(s). Thriving in corporate environments that have a high - performance culture, are tactical and innovative, deadline orientated and where I can make a tangible difference in adding - value, is when I'm most engaged. My recent experience includes running my own Clothing start – up, Fashion Euphoria (Pty) Ltd.; partnering with a SME in JHB CBD for manufacturing. Continuing to maintain relevance in the HR Profession, I have been consulting on CCMA Matters, Policy Disputes, and Disciplinary Matters on an ad-hoc basis.
