I am a married Christian mother of two and a grandmother of one three year old little girl. I am an ordinary person woh thrives to be the best she can be especially with regards to my work. I am easy to work with and easy to teach. I am a loyal person who believes in learning with as well as growing her team. I am an eloquent communicator and have some level of problem solving skills. I believe in using the open door policy for both the client and the team so that we are all at the same understanding of company policies, procedures and principles. I believe that success is a team effort and a high staff turnover is a negative reflection of the company as an employer.
