I have in excess of 20 years’ business experience, gained primarily in the Executive Search/Headhunting industry, in roles focusing on the management of Business Operations, Research, Information and Knowledge. Earlier in my career, I spent 2 years in the Banking and Financial Services Sector, where I was responsible for the management and organisation of information and the development of electronic databases. I have well-developed communication and interpersonal skills and I am able to engage effectively across all levels in the business. I am an experienced and consultative people manager, demonstrating a strong team orientation and creating an inclusive environment that supports and enables individuals to operate effectively and to reach their goals. I consider myself to be a mature individual who is detailed, logical and practical in approach, I have a strong deadline driven and has a clear customer service focus. My process orientation, enables me to develop and implement operative systems and processes that support effective business strategies.
