I have more than 15 years of experience in Information Technology at management level that involved Network design of LANs, WANs, installations and maintenance. Created and prepared Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for contractual customers. Attended to call out computer problems that involved Network, computer, office automation, hardware and software issues. I was responsible for outsourcing, procurement and ICT policy documentation. I have assisted more than 50 repeat clients in increasing their productivity through attending to their computer faults on time to avoid longer downtime periods. As a Systems Administrator, I utilized network application and monitoring tools for diagnosis and reporting and this improved my reporting capabilities. When I became a Systems Engineer, I supervised other IT Technicians and trained them in providing the most helpful experience to our customers. As your IT Support Personnel, I aim to integrate my individualized approach to helping clients build their confidence in computing systems they will depend on. I have always seen this profession as an answer to my career objectives. It would not be wrong to say that I had set up goals to reach this position. I look forward to setting up new objectives. As a short-term goal, I see myself gaining trust and credibility in an organisation that would offer a chance to explore my expertise to the benefit of the company. My future goals involve learning as much as I can until I eventually take on a leadership role. I prefer to work with others, and I believe that I could thrive as a leader if given the chance. I would love the opportunity to manage a team and shape them into successful workers and leaders as well.
