To whom it may concern, I am an experienced Project Manager with an eye for detail and impulse for organization. I thrive on keeping projects running smoothly from kick-off, through launch and all the way to completion. My approach to each project is both strategic and practical. I strongly believe that the success of any project is dependent on being able to manage both aspects. ● Practicality – My approach to managing projects is aligned with the implementation and control of the knowledge areas as governed by the PMI (Project Management Institute) and dictated by the PMBOK that my PMP qualification is regulated by. These include the implementation, management and control of activities, procedures and deliverables through the use of proven systems that stay on top of costs, quality and deadlines throughout the project life cycle. ● Strategic – I strongly believe that for a project to be completed successfully, you also have to apply a strategic approach to the execution thereof. Projects do not have feelings, emotions or agendas, but the people involved in them do. For this reason, I deliberately apply a strong focus on each and every person’s role in the project, what they look to get out of it and how these goals and needs can be met during the execution of the project.
