Taking ownership of independent projects on naval vessels, fishing trawlers, tugboats and dredging vessels. KEY ACHIEVEMENTS • Upgraded the Unic C2 Engine, on the DeBeers’ Diamond Vessels, Engines x3, in Namibia at sea. Performed both software and sensor replacement, as well as wiring and commissioning. • SGEPP Power Plant at Sasolburg: Knock Balancing Tuning: Tuned all the pistons (20) of 6 of 18 20V34 Gas fired engines, each with a Power Output of 10 000 kW. Ramped up the engines to reach 100% capacity after the tuning. • South Sudan Crude Oil Pump Station: Was instrumental in a PLC upgrade project including wiring and commissioning. Duration was a month. • Power Station South Sudan (100MV): Checked all sensors on the engine (e.g., pressure, temperature, speed, flow, etc.), performed insulation testing of the AC motors, including the Generator on the Main Engine; performed phase current checks of the radiator motors, current protection relay checks as well as voltage protection relay checks, among others
