I have been in the textile / decor industry for 12 years and have learned alot. I have been a sales rep since I started and am looking for a new challenge. Working with decorators I have learned all the ins-and outs of the decor industry and I know very well it is a very tough market. Deals need to be closed as quick as possible as customers are spoilt for choice. Service and knowlege of your product is key . I have great knowledge of fabric and the application there of. Dealing with complaints I have also learned about how to overcome and be proactive to avoid any comebacks. Decor is a luxury item and customers demand good quality products with excellent service. I work great in a team and believe that team work is key for success,but being a sales agent I have learned to work on my own and manage my resources and time. I love the industry and feel it is time to add more value and put myself out there and start a new chapter. I am target driven and always like to learn and grow. This industry changes all the time which means you have to adjust and adapt all the time.
