Prior to completing a honors in Psychology in the year 2000, I gained the following: Bachelor’s in arts in Psychology and political science in 1990, After-Graduate Diploma in Labor Relationship in 1991 as well as a Diploma in Labor law in 1992. Since this, she has acquired 25 years’ experience in the field of Human Resources. In which she concluded numerous training programs, which include; Peromnes grading system, Hay Grading, Disc Personality Profiles, Q32 profile- SHL, SAP HR, Negation Skills, UAE labor law, MS office full Suite. Furthermore, she is a qualified management couch.O spent years working in Consulting (PwC), engineering (Grintek and Denel) as well as FMCG (Pepsi and Emirates Leisure Retail, MMI) based in the UAE as well as South Africa. She utilized her her diverse skills in HR in the following countries: Iraq, Afghanistan, Oman, Zanzibar, Tanzania, Kenya,  Sri Lanka, Maldives, Seychelles, Australia, New Zealand, KSA, UAE, Singapore as well as South Africa.    Regards Frieda
