Good day. I'm a born Namibian and grownup in Namibia. I finish my school career in Upington. After school I start my career in Kimberley at the Railway as appy Mill Wright and qualified in 1985. My training as Mill Wright was in Electrical, Fitter, Boilermaker and Mechanic. Most of the time I was employed in the Northren Cape and Westren Cape. Most of the time diamond plants and contracting for the mines and municipalities was my vision. I work for a cellar in Vredendal where we Rebuilt a distill cellar to a organic wine cellar. We build also the intake plant, filter plant, bottling plant and distribution plant. Knowledge is as follow in diamond plants. Intake plant- Rock breakers, Jaw crushers, Dust plants, Feeding plant- Cone crushers, conferring belt, Vibrating screens, Sorting plants- Sorting pans, Density and tailings. All pumps and electrical motors, belt and v-belt alignment and splicing, Rubberizing shoots. Fabricating, manufacturing and installing. I was for 8 years Engineering Foreman for De Beers, Langhoogte Plant at Namaqualand Mines Kleinzee. My strong points was Planning, Maintenance, Organizing, Budgeting, People Management, Risk Assessments, Deadline Meetings, Productivity, Health and Safety, Reports and planning work on weekends and shutdowns. I'm proud in my work and perfectionist, trustworthy and walk a straight line and my workers. I'm a ambassador for the company I working for and a big asset.
