I’ve been employed in the Timeshare Industry for 10 years and have been associated with a well trusted, leading brand in the market. I have also been fortunate to work in retail, contact centres and on resorts. I have since gained a plethora of knowledge not only in sales, but also customer services, accounts, administration and hospitality. Working under management as well as in management positions. My previous full-time position was as a Regional Sales Manager for Healthcare & Mobility Africa CC, having a team of 7 advisors. I look after the Western Cape, Eastern Cape and KZN region. I have gained tremendous knowledge in managing a team and ensuring targets are surpassed month-to-month. In the last quarter of 2018, I relinquished my manager position and took the role of a Sales Advisor, which I enjoyed far more. As interacting with clients and enjoying the thrill of closing deals made my day special. With much hard work and determination I pride myself on achieving goals and aspirations I set for myself. Some of the key attributes that helped me climb to the top was my belief in my product, team and company. Being goal driven, attentive and aware at all times. Showing passion, dedication, willingness to learn and adapt, and having a strong “never give up” attitude. I believe I will be a great asset to any company as I put my all into whatever endeavours I partake in.
