As Lead Scrum master and Agile coach my role includes the transformation of the organization to Agile for the whole company including the maintenance teams and project specific teams. I introduce Scrum and Kanban as well as disciplined agile within the organization and created and conducted Agile courses and training for the scrum masters, PO as well as about 30 developers within the organization and its sister organizations This includes a full Product development team, UI/UX, Front-end developers, Back-end developers, testing and Devops – the full SDLC process. I am responsible for implementing Jira as well as confluence for all teams and have extensive experience with this on all levels. Once agile discipline is implemented and running across the organization, my day to day is taken up by lead Scrum master for 3 full scrum teams while bringing the new scrum masters up to speed and assisting the product owners. I have over 25 years of software development experience myself which served me very well in this position as well.
